- Turn on tracking. In Shopify, go to Online Store › Themes › Customize › App embeds and switch on "Affiliate tracker", then Save.
- Set your rates. In the app, open Settings to choose the commission rate, customer discount and how long commissions are held.
- Invite partners. Share the signup page shown on the app's Overview, or import affiliates from a CSV on the Affiliates page.
Common questions
A sale didn't credit an affiliate
Check that the Affiliate tracker app embed is on, that the affiliate is Active, and that the order is marked paid. Orders count when they're paid, not when they're placed.
A commission is "Held"
Commissions wait out your return window, then become payable automatically. You can change the window in Settings.
A commission is "Flagged"
A fraud check wants a human look. Open it from Needs your attention on the Overview to approve or void it.
How do AI agents join?
Turn on AI agents in Settings. Agents find your program at your store's /apps/affiliate/agents page, register under a partner, and wait for your approval on the AI agents page.
